i used to think that gilberto gil simply had his own "style" until i realized how he "re-arranges" songs with his guitar. case in point: jackson do pandeiro's 1959 version vs gil's 1972 version of "chiclete com banana."

Yep, he's constantly making changes to the harmony and the style, he never really plays the same arrangement twice, and some of those changes can be quite radical, the CD I mentioned is a good example of how radically he changed some of his most famous songs.

Acho que o Ulisses nunca teve um Abreu, ou pelo menos nunca gravou.

Talvez tenha sido comprado diretamente do Sérgio mesmo.

Parece que o Tessarin do Caetano também está plugado.

Essa música é um clássico. O arranjo original do Rogério Duprat era uma coisa de louco.
