  1. I had an experience (when I was unexperienced), that I glued (with glue!), the saddle, because I thought it is not supposed to move, when changing strings. The sound was EXTREMELY dead, so I quickly unglued the saddle, before the glue dried up. After cleaning away the glue, I just put it back there, and the sound was OK again. That was on an Alhambra 4P (which is a cheaper model than the 7P). You should check, if the saddle slides out easily, when no strings are on the guitar. Hope this helps.
