The Music of Ulisses Rocha

Recommended Posts

There is more information on the mysterious Preciso de Ti in a listing now on ebay. I tried to post the link here but it isn't working. Can anyone now shed any further light on this release that Ulisses is unaware of?

Thanks!

His latest CD is fully published, you can get the sheet music for the studies and the other pieces. The transcriptions were written by either Ulisses himself or Diogo Carvalho

Speaking of Ulisses' sheet music, they can now be ordered directly from his website as PDF files and the prices are very attractive.

His Valsa "Fim de Tarde" which is easy to play, belongs to the best pieces ever written at this difficulty level, I think. Highly recommended for every guitar player and guitar student (!) - and also his "Manhã" with its elegant uplifting Swing. Both compositions whet the appetite for more.
